I love it when a customer makes it big on the World stage, especially when the Intertype team have helped them achieve it.

A recipe book Intertype printed for Culinaire Cooking School recently picked up two national “Gourmand” awards and the book has gone on to be shortlisted in two categories in the Global Gourmand Awards. This Competition is the Oscars of the book world and was created by Edouard Cointreau of the French liqueur family.  This world-wide competition attracts some 10,000 book from all corners of the Globe.

The book in question is “Nazeema’s Kerala Kitchen” and its’ easy to follow southern Indian recipes are complemented with beautiful photos taken from the region.

If cooking is your thing then it’s worth your while to hone your skills or just learn some of the basics at Culinaire’s cooking school.
